The Contact Details on Your Listings

The phone and WhatsApp numbers shown on your listings come from your profile, so they're the same on every listing.

Changing your contact numbers

1. Sign in and go to My profile.
2. Update your office phone, mobile numbers or WhatsApp number.
3. Save. Your listings show the new numbers straight away.

Why we don't allow numbers in descriptions

Your contact details already appear on every listing. Keeping them out of descriptions lets us count your enquiries accurately and helps keep everyone safe, so we remove any numbers or email addresses we find in descriptions.

Tips

• Check that every number on your profile is correct and that you can answer it.
• Add a WhatsApp number. Many seekers prefer to message first.
