Our Listing Rules
Our listing rules help property seekers trust what they see, which means more genuine enquiries for you. Here's what every listing needs.
One real property per listing
- Each listing is for one property that is genuinely available for sale, rent or short let.
- If you have several units or property types (for example a 2-bedroom and a 3-bedroom, or two flats at different prices), please create a separate listing for each one. This helps seekers who filter by bedrooms, type and price find them.
- We advertise land, houses, flats, commercial property and event centres located in Ghana. Vehicles, furniture, equipment and properties outside Ghana can't be listed.
Accurate details
- Make sure the title, category, type, bedrooms, price and description all describe the same property.
- Keep the title short and descriptive, for example Newly Built 2 Bedroom Flat, Fully Furnished. The price, location and category have their own fields, so please leave them out of the title.
- Keep your listing up to date. If the price or details change, edit the listing rather than posting it again.
Contact details
Your contact details are shown on every listing, so please don't add phone numbers or email addresses to the description. This lets us count your enquiries and keeps everyone safe. We remove any we find.
Fair and respectful
Listings can't include content that excludes people because of their tribe, religion, gender or marital status. We remove any we find and let you know.
Good pictures
Use clear photos of the actual property. See Picture Guidelines.
Post each property once
Each property should be listed once in each category. To move a listing back up the search results, use a boost rather than posting it again. See Duplicate Listings and the 2-Year Rule.
If something needs changing
We review listings to keep the website safe and accurate. If we need to change or remove anything, we'll email you to explain what and why.
