Re-posting already listed property as a new listing

One of the terms of use of Nigeria Property Centre is "You agree not to interfere with any other user's enjoyment of our website or the Services". In line with this term or use, posting property you have already listed before on Nigeria Property Centre in a bid to get the listing to appear closer to the top of pages is a breach of this term as it is unfair to other users of the website.

We strongly believe in providing the best experience to our clients and other website visitors. Any practice that compromises this is taken very seriously.

We are now monitoring our website for the activity described above, and any user account found to be breaching the terms of use will be immediately deactivated without notice.
