How to Search for a Property

Searching for a property is very easy, just follow these easy steps below.

Select the Right Search Tab

At the top of the search box, you will see three tabs: Buy, Rent, and Short Let. Click on the tab that matches your need. For example, if you want to rent, click Rent.

Enter the Location

In the location box, type the name of the area or city you are interested in. For example, if you want to live close to UNILAG, you can type Yaba, Lagos or the exact nearby area you have in mind.

Choose Your Property Type

Use the Type dropdown menu to select the kind of property you want. Options include flats, houses, self-contained units, and more. If you are open to all types, leave it as All Types.

Add More Search Filters (Optional)

You can narrow your search using extra filters:

• Bedrooms – Select how many bedrooms you want.
• Min price / Max price – Set your budget range.
• Furnishing – Choose between furnished, semi-furnished, or unfurnished.
• Serviced – Pick if you want serviced accommodation.
• Shared – Choose if you are open to shared spaces.
• Added to site – Filter by how recently the property was listed.

Use Keywords (Optional)

If you have a specific feature in mind, type it in the Keywords box. For example, you can enter "balcony" or "close to UNILAG".

Click Search

Once you have set your preferences, click the red Search button to see properties that match your criteria.

Browse and Choose

Review the results and click on any property listing to see full details, photos, and contact options.
