Verification Email Not Arriving

When you register, we send you an email with a link to confirm your email address. Until you click it, you'll see a Verify your email page when you sign in.

If the email hasn't arrived

1. Check that the email address shown on the Verify your email page is correct.
2. Look in your Spam or Junk folder, and in any Promotions or Updates tabs.
3. Select Resend link on the Verify your email page to get a new link.

If the link doesn't work

• Each link is valid for 7 days. If yours has expired, select Resend link to get a new one.
• Try opening the link in a different browser or on another device, or copy and paste the full link into your browser.

If you typed the wrong email address

Please email us from the address you meant to use, tell us the address you registered with, and we'll help you put it right.
