Renewing Your Plan
Renewing before your plan ends keeps your listings live without a break, and you won't lose any days.
How renewal works
- If you renew while your plan is still active, your new plan starts the day after your current one ends. The date is shown as Renewal starts before you pay.
- When you renew, you can choose the same plan or a different one, and pay for 1 to 12 months.
- Your plan doesn't renew automatically, and we never store your card details.
How to renew
- Sign in and go to Subscriptions → Standard subscriptions.
- Choose your plan and how many months you'd like.
- Pay online for instant activation, or by bank transfer or cash using the transaction reference shown. See How to Pay for a Plan.
Reminders
We'll email you before your plan ends (7 days and 3 days before, and on the day), so you have plenty of time to renew.
Renewed but still see an expiry message?
If you renewed before your plan ended, the expiry message refers to your current period. Your new period starts the next day automatically.
