Our Plans Explained

Whether you're listing one property or hundreds, there's a plan to suit you. You can see every plan and its current price at nigeriapropertycentre.com/price-plans.

Free plan

Every account starts on the free plan, with 1 active listing. No payment or card is needed.

Pro plans

Pro plans help you promote your listings. The number in the plan name is how many premium listings you get each month (for example, Pro 10 gives you 10). Each Pro plan also includes:

• more active listings, so more of your properties are live at once;
• boosts each month, to move your premium listings back to the top of the search results;
• a gold ribbon on your premium listings;
• access to buyer and renter requests.

Larger plans (Pro 200 and above) also include a Featured Agent profile. The price page shows exactly what each plan includes.

View Requests

A small plan for agents who want to see what buyers and renters are looking for. You can browse the live feed of property requests and contact the people who posted them.

What do the terms mean?

• Active listings: how many of your listings can be live on the website at the same time. You can add more, but only this number will show.
• Premium listings: listings shown above standard listings in search results. You choose which listings are premium and can change them whenever you like.
• Boosts: each boost moves one premium listing up to appear with the newest listings on the day you boost it. See How Boosts Work.
