What the Verified Badge Means

The Verified badge on an agent or developer's listings and company page means we've checked their identity and their company's registration and address.

What it tells you

• We've confirmed who runs the account.
• We've checked the company is registered and trades from the address on its profile.

What it doesn't tell you

Verification is a check we've done, not an endorsement or a guarantee about how an advertiser does business. Always inspect the property and follow the steps in Staying Safe and Avoiding Scams before paying.

Are you an agent or developer?

See How to Become a Verified Agent to get the badge on your listings.
