Premium Listings

Premium listings appear above standard listings in search results, so more property seekers see them. They're included in our Pro plans.

How listings are ranked

1. Premium Plus: one listing at the very top, shared on rotation with other Premium Plus listings. Paid per listing. See Premium Plus.
2. Premium: the premium listings included in your plan.
3. Featured: free. Every listing with photos is featured automatically.
4. Standard: listings without photos.

How to make a listing premium

1. Go to My listings.
2. On the listing, open More and select Feature as premium, then confirm.

You can also tick Premium feature this listing in the Promotion section when you add or edit a listing.

Changing which listings are premium

You can change your premium listings as often as you like. Select Remove premium on one listing to free up a slot, then feature another.

How many can I have?

Your plan sets how many listings can be premium at the same time. If you've used them all, you'll see You've reached your premium-listing limit. To get more, upgrade your plan. See our price plans for what each plan includes.
