Premium Plus

Premium Plus puts one of your listings at the very top of the search results, above every other type of listing, for the period you choose. It's our highest level of visibility.

How it works

• Premium Plus is bought for one listing at a time, separately from your plan.
• Your listing is shown in the top spot on rotation with other Premium Plus listings.
• It stays at the top for the whole period you've paid for, so it doesn't need boosting.

How to buy Premium Plus

1. Go to My listings.
2. On the listing, open More and select Upgrade to Premium Plus.
3. Choose how long you'd like. Current prices for each period are shown here, before you pay.
4. Pay online and your listing goes to the top straight away, or pay by bank transfer using the reference shown and we'll activate it within 24 hours of your payment reaching us.

Property let or sold?

You can move the remaining Premium Plus time to another of your listings. Open More on the listing and select Swap Premium Plus, then choose the listing to move it to. The end date stays the same.

Before it ends

We'll remind you before your Premium Plus ends, so you can extend it if you'd like to stay at the top.

Good to know

• Premium Plus is applied as soon as your payment is confirmed, so it can't be refunded.
• We can't promise how many enquiries a listing will receive, but Premium Plus gives it the most visibility on our website.
