Valid/Invalid Pictures for Property Listings

To ensure that people searching for property on our website get the best experience certain types of pictures should not be added to listings on Nigeria Property Centre. Pictures that fall into this category are called Invalid pictures. Please see the examples below.

Invalid Pictures

Slanted or blurry picture

Screenshot of a picture of the property

Doctored image with a foreign character added to the original picture

A picture with ours or our competitor’s watermark

Doctored images with things taken out

3D image when a property is not under construction

Note: Other invalid pictures include pictures of cartoon characters, property document or blueprint and any pictures not relating to a real estate.

Valid Pictures

What happens if I continue to add invalid pictures to my listings?

Every property listing that is added to Nigeria Property Centre is reviewed. If we find any invalid pictures as part of any of your listing, the pictures will be removed and you will receive an email notifying you that the invalid pictures have been removed. You will also be provided with information about valid and invalid pictures. If you continue to upload invalid pictures, your account will be flagged for review and may ultimately be disabled for this reason.

What should I do if I don't have pictures for my listings?

If you do not have any pictures for your listings, do not upload any pictures. Do NOT upload your company logo as a property picture.
