How to List a Property

You can post a listing in a few minutes from your phone or computer.

Before you start

• You'll need an account as a property owner, estate agent or developer.
• Please verify your identity first. See How to Verify Your Identity.
• Complete your profile, including your phone and WhatsApp numbers. These are shown on your listings.

How to post a listing

1. Sign in and go to My listings, then select Post a listing.
2. Fill in the Property details: title, whether it's available, category (for sale, rent or short let), type, and location.
3. Add the Pricing, Rooms & area and any Amenities.
4. Write a clear Description. The Format description button can tidy it into paragraphs and bullet points.
5. Add a video link if you have one, and upload your Pictures.
6. Select Save & publish to put it live, or Save as draft to finish it later.

Tips

• Keep the title short and don't include the location or price; they have their own fields.
• Each listing is for one property. See Our Listing Rules.
• Add plenty of clear photos. See Picture Guidelines.

Can't publish?

If you see that you've reached the maximum number of listings you can publish, your plan's active listing limit has been reached. You can take down a listing you no longer need, or upgrade your plan. See Our Plans Explained.
